I have achieved following awards:
- 2011’s no. 1 service CSI in district and area YTD.
- In 2012, sales ranked at top and 100% in the district, area, and national each month consecutively for Sales Elite Index. The COS Elite Index achieved 1st ranking in district, area, and national January, February, March, April, May, and June.
- In 2013, the Sales Elite Index YTD achieved 5th ranking in the district. In addition, the Sales DQI achieved 1st ranking in the district for about 7 out of 10 categories including the overall process index, service convenience index, quality of service index, service dependability, service communication, service consultant index, and overall experience.
- Achieved 2nd ranking in the district for dealership facilities index and no. 3rd for follow up and repair quality
- In 2014, the CSI scores Sales Elite Index YTD 97%, 1.05% above the objective, Delivery Quality Index YTD 96.5 2.43% above objective, and OSAT YTD 96.6% 1% above National.
