I started my career at Lexus of St. Louis in 1993 as a sales associate and work my way up to top sales associate within six months’ time then I transferred to Lexus of St. Louis to McGrath Lexus in 1996. Within a matter of time, I achieved the honor of being the Top Salesman and was promoted to New Car Manager, General Sales Manager, and then General Manager in 2001. I believe team building, collaboration, positive attitude, and staying updated results into both employee and customer satisfaction. I help buyers in resolving their challenges apart from car ownership. I support local community and spend time and resources for advancement.
These days, a large number of businesses consider them as customer-centric; however, they do not even respond to customers when they need them. In addition, customers’ queries are often filtered through company’s email address and automated phone, failing to comply with their goal of putting customers at first priority.
